Taking advantage of the firm’s established relationships with the brokerage community and its reputation in the industry as a reliable closer, Montgomery Partners is often able to purchase apartment properties before they are listed on the open market.

Montgomery Partners targets properties larger than those typically sought by individual investors/owners, yet generally smaller than those sought by institutional investors and/or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s).

Montgomery Partners focuses on properties that fit the following criteria:

Property Size and Type 40+ units; single assets or portfolios. Garden Style, Mid-Rise and High-Rise Apartments
Pricing $4M to $25M+
Asset Class and Location Quality A- to C+
Property Vintage 1920’s to newer construction
Preferred Markets San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and San Diego
